Scrapps, that truly is a travesty. There is a "likelihood of confusion" clause in these kinds of cases. Confusing a 17-year old kid using "MikeRoweSoft", with MSFT seems quite unlikely for all except the most inbred. Knowing my own "Reference Deleted Wire" pains with a certain press wire firm a few years back, I feel his pain.

I wonder how much Gates needed that $1000 bux. When John Gotti got booked on his final RICO charge, he was taking Sammy the Bull and Frankie Loc out for pizza. He had $5000 on him that night. Sammy had $3000 on him. That's just what they normally carried when "Gambino Family, Inc." was running in excess of $500 million gross annual revenue. Poor guys probably tore out their trouser linings and got leg spasms from that pocket change. I'd have thought Gates might feel their pain, but maybe he was strapped for the pizza tip that night. <gg>
