Partly depends on how Punisher does.
If it's a stinker, then you may see some nonsense on how the comic character movie trend is in trouble etc. Bad mojo like that could push MVL down a decent amount such that Spidey 2 climbs us back up to where we were before.

With Kill Bill 2 supposedly opening up the same date as Punisher, plus what I thought was an uninteresting trailer,
I'm not holding out high hopes. I still think it should break even when all is said and done just because domestic/worldwide/DVD's should make $75 million or so.

If all that happens that way then low $40's for Spidey 2.
Hopefully I'm wrong and Punisher surprises ($35 million open or so; $80 mill domestic )- then mid $50's

Spidey 2 Friday to Monday take should exceed $200 million.
