Some of my shares are in the DRIP.

When I originally bought my shares, I took some out of my account in a certificate and enrolled those in the DRIP. When C stopped paying it's dividend (an unhappy period), I put the certificate shares in different account from the other original ones. As soon as the dividend resumed, back in the DRIP.

It sounds as if both of us can look at our C shares and find an example of, "Mighty oaks from little acorns grow."
