HILLSIDE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 2004--GlowPoint, Inc., (NASDAQ:GLOW - News) the nation's first and leading carrier-grade, IP-based video communications service provider, today announced that VideoLink, Inc., a worldwide provider of Polycom and Tandberg audio and video conferencing hardware, has become the Company's newest GlowPoint Certified Agent(SM). With this distribution partnership, VideoLink will offer GlowPoint's entire suite of video communication services to its customer base. VideoLink is a national provider of video conferencing hardware, software and services to corporate and government clientele and has more than 1,000 clients.
