Amazing how the nationwide trend of voting Republican or Democrat for President is still pretty much 50-50. You're right, you have to look at it on a state by state basis. Funny about the "Dems handling domestic affairs better" - I think Bush is going too far overboard with the new spending programs like drugs for seniors with no means testing but OTOH the Democrats would likely go WAY too far overboard. BTW, do you think Nader will stick his oar in?
