See...and congress can make no law pro or con in this regard. I can't believe I'm doing this... Jewel, there are two clauses. One is the "establishment clause," which says that no religion can be installed as THE state religion. The second clause is the "free-exercise clause," which gives you and me the right to practice the religion of our choice, whatever that may be. That's all it says.
