obviously, I wasn't completely serious, but I think there are some gold nuts out there who think there isn't going to be a price to having gold go to a gazlillion bucks -- those buck are gonna have to lose some purchasing power for things like energy and food -- you might get a house or a used car on the cheap, but other stuff is going to cost more -- real returns << nominal returns
