If the State of the Union tonight addresses even a little blub about stemcell research the stock should continue to follow the slow uptrend. The administrations commettee is about to release new policy statement soon, which, having read the preview takes much softer line on the research. Dr. Kass (bush's) appointee on the subject is become less of a hawk as time goes on. Ken
