First of all, you are joking or incredibly stupid. The economy under your socialist system would collapse. No business, no wages, no employment.

Secondly, no Democrat legislature would even approve. You would have to use your slashed military to enforce martial law and you would end up in a bunker swallowing your pistol or Pez dispenser.
