Mere Speculation: I have been thinking about ALAN from the perspective of current managment. They know that Harbinger is ready to kick thier butts out of the company. Harbinger may well have the votes to do it. The meeting is set for November 11, 1997. There is but one hope for the existing managment. They need to turn the company around before the annual meeting and show us a profit or they lose thier jobs. Existing managment is under the gun and had better perform. Maybe this is the incentive needed to get ALAN in gear. Unfortunately, I don't have alot of confidence in these guys.
