Wildest,

I haven't received or read the merger proxy statement or gone on line. Generally, however, the vote by shareholders would be the last significant condition precedent (other than opinions and routine filings) to the acquisition. I would think that, following the vote (assuming a yea vote), the merger/acquisition would be effective immediately upon making the required filings with the state corporation authorities, LLY certificates would be issued or cash paid to AMEV holders within a matter of a couple of business days thereafter + add a day or so for DTC participants to give effect to the LLY stock and/or cash received in lieu of AMEV positions.... Bottom line, I would think within three to four business days following the vote your account will reflect the transaction consideration.
