Were the recent scandals on Wall Street caused by communists, socialists, fascists?

No. But much of the misery in the 20th century was. In terms of causing misery all the scandals and crooked deals on wall street throughout its entire history are to communism like a candle is to a nuclear weapon.

That has usually been the case throughout history of USA. Businesses rarely(Milton Hershey & few others were the rare exceptions) have a strategy that is fair to workers because the owners/managers have the arrogant attitude that they are entitled to lion's share of profits.

"Fair" is subjective, but for the sake of argument I'll assume for just a second that you are right, despite that "fact"the workers are better off then they would have been without the business. If the workers benefit and the owner benefits 10 times as much it might be considered unfair but the workers are still better off then they where before.
