Yes, well, the US was using the inspectors to spy in ways that were opposed to the original agreement, so let's not pretend that he had no cause to not cooperate.

What are you Sam, some kind of Baathist sympathizer? Getting paid to make excuses for Saddam's refusal to abide by his cease-fire obligation?

If Saddam thought the US was using inspectors as spies, he should have pled his case to the UN.

Or is it that Saddam was not required to go to the UN to resolve differences in the inspection process?
