Has anyone heard anything regarding the class action suit? I know there was a court date back in June, but I havn't heard anything. joshi, did you get "called?" If so, I know how you feel. I suffered two margin calls back in 96 when all the shenanigans where going on. Lost a pretty penny, but still have a small holding. If anyone has any information, anything at all, please post. Thanks in advance.
