India China, and Korea sure as hell won't let 'em in to take advantage of the new jobs there. Come to think of it, virtually no country on Earth would let Americans ( without big bucks ) move in. Better try to keep it a place worth living in. The poor millworkers in Appalachia are unemployed because they won't move to where the new jobs are and won't learn a new trade.
