But Vic, Bush is president now, so he gets the blame for whatever he inherited. He should've fixed it immediately upon entering office, you know. I mean GEEZ! Who cares when the bubble popped or what damage it caused? It didn't reinflate upon Bush's inauguration, so it's his fault. Come on, get with the Dizzie program, Vic!
