Finally, some clarity. Dubya says inspectors found many weapons of mass destruction "programs". And here I thought the threat was actual weapons. And yet once again, Bush lies in his State of the Union Address. They weren't really programs.
They were more like 2-color brochures with a perforated self mailer including a WMD order form for terrorists.
