<Today we visited what seemed like a cathedral, but out of coral and under water, attended by thousands of fish, 3 mantarays, and 50 some sharks. It was an experience in which one can easily spot the work of god.>

Is the human realm of stockmarkets and currencies a small sphere by comparison?

A friend similarly rhapsodized about the underwater world in Fiji 20 years ago. Can one spot the work of the supernatural in the currency markets. Is Uncle Al KBE God?

<as a nation destroys its own currency>

That's stretching a point for the US$. While there has been a US$ whittling process for a century, it's a stretch to call the process destruction, despite the burgeoning credit realm over the last couple of decades.
