Yes, he has. But I read him because he does turn up some good stuff on his site. I have always seen the National Guard as a good place for logistical and other support groups. MP reserves are a good idea because they fit the needs of the State they are in. But they just don't get enough training, IMO, for combat units.

The major problem has been the low turnout ability. They have, at best 80% availability.

Any news on the Sergeant?
