Sec of state powell being interviewed on Philly radio station just said he sees no direct proof that wmd was moved from Iraq to Syria and doesn't see any reason why Syria would accept wmd from Iraq as they were not that close.

He also stated he spent four nights and three days at cia going over reports prior to his presentation to united nations on Iraq situation.. He stands by his remarks and says it was the best intellegence we had at the time.
