The MMs manipulated the stock to lower levels before the news release. The news was positive since it confirmed the involvement of institutional investors who are confident enough to finance the company. With this news, the price should be well above the levels before the MM manipulations. If anything, this release should have given more confidence in the stock and bring in more buyers. However, it doesn't seem to be recovering to previous levels before the manipulations, and the volume seems weaker than yesterday. Why would anyone want to sell AIPN at these prices??? Looks like momentum players who got in at lower prices are cashing out.
