I think you probably see Bush as a fundamentally decent man because you are approaching it with an owning class perspective. He's been very loyal to the owning class.

I think the difference between you and I is that I can think of some circumstances where regulation is a good thing. For example, in the 60's the lakes and rivers were getting so polluted that it was a hazard to swim in them. After 30 years of regulation, they are now much cleaner than they were. I think about my kids and the world they will live in and I think that is a good thing.
