It is the desire to prevent deterioration that leads folks to expand the pie thru growth. Otherwise the next entitlement by government will be to guarantee lifestyles<g>. Every developing nation goes thru the "immigrant" like situation of lousy wages, lousy working conditions for a bit. I have not seen a way around that. But it leads to japans, chinas, indias as successes in the world. If we dont or wont make room for these folks at the table, al quaeda will seem like a rap music group some time in the not to distant future. Mike
