Kerry is well-known for never wanting to talk about Nam. It was a very painful experiecne for him. His step-son says he never discusses it, ever, with the family. He of course has to start mentioning it now as we have a phnoy AWOL commander ni chief now strutting around on aircraft carriers in codpieces lying about piloting planes. Bush has never been a real pilot. Kerry served no an carrier escort during war and flies planes for fun, loving to do aeromatic spins, flies a chopper, etc. Kerry is the real thing. He killed, saved ,lives and was almost killed numerous tmies while Bush was avoiding the war and going AWOL. Kerry is right to make sure people know. But he is not the one talking about it in detail. He leaves that up to his old boat mates and biographers.
