Bill, you don't have the power to pay only for those thing you wish to pay for. I, for one, would be happy to cut off the WH from those campaign swings we are paying for. I want Karl Rove out of there and I want to cut off Halliburton and Bechtel from no-compete contracts. I also want to NOT pay for the pharmaceutical companies to get a 38% increase in their PROFITs from the medicare bill. We all have a laundry list of things we don't want to pay for, when you figure out how we can do it, I'll support you!
