How about quasi-religious groups that are siphoning off American taxpayer funds through non-profits and charitable organizations and sending the money to another "political entity"? Tax-deductible and the rest of the Americans need to make up the difference for the transferred funds?

It is out-of-bounds to try to destroy America, but not to slowly strangle us and put Americans in harms way for another's political agenda?
