no... I am not claiming anything is a national tragedy. Barrett and Fiorina a claiming US engineering is a national tradgedy. I think the US engineering machine, including universities is the best in the world. I think most of the ROW thinks that too, and the only people that Don't think it are Barrett and Fiorina and other large multinational CEOs who really want cheap quantity and not quality. Intel has made huge investments in their offshore design facility so you are getting the best offshore engineering talent that money can buy with Intel right now. In fact Xeon has been moved to one of these facilities. The outstanding products coming out of intel now are a direct result of superior offshore engineering talent.
