You must have noticed that the stuff he was "armed with" was hot air at best and willful deceit in order to conjure public support for this invasion (i.e. lies) at worst. What most of us noticed was that the information and intelligence that ALL the world's intelligence agencies possessed, was sufficient to win a UNANIMOUS VOTE (even France and Russia) DECLARING IRAQ IN MATERIAL BREACH of binding UNSC resolutions. It was that vote which provided Bush his Casus Belli to invade Iraq. So what do you think Chirac and Putin's intelligence services were telling them about Saddam's capabilities? Hawk
