Teddy Kennedy is right about education and health care. Bush used him then refused to fund No Child Left Behind. JFK was one of our greatest presidents, maybe our greatest ever. Comparisons to Kennedy don't hurt Kerry they help him. Nonetheless, Kerry is different than Teddy in many ways. He's not as liberal, he does't booze of chase skirts and he is a major war hero.
