Americans? Over 3000. As the major reason that the United States was attacked on September 11, 2001, was the presence of U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia (to enforce UN Sanctions and the "no fly zone"). Actually, when Bin Laden declared a war against the United States in 1998, he complained about U.S. Troops stationed in Saudi Arabia, and Sanctions against Iraq - each separately.

Iraqis? Hundreds of thousands, maybe millions.
