I was trying to figure out why CBD had not been performing well over the past couple of months. I looked at insider trading, and there has been a lot of exercising of options (a lot of them in the $2.20 range), with more or less immediate sales of the purchased stock. If I am reading the site properly, it looks like the insiders are for the most part keeping their positions static or accumulating a little. So I'm not worried anymore by the stock price. The sales of stock on the exercised options look to me to be an adequate explanation of CBD's mediocre performance over the past couple of months.
