They have paid off $430M of that debt this month, so the current number is near $1B. Your point that net debt is up again is still valid, but the debt is not due for a long time. Even if Estorra doesn't make it, the MDI should be there to help pay-off the debt.

If Estorra doesn't make it, I would not be surprised to see the company sold (at a price much lower than today).
