The Left is quick to cite the Constitution when it fits their purposes; but all the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee effectively subvert the Constitution by denying Bush his Constitutional right and obligation to make appointments, and suddenly we're not strict constructionists anymore.

Which are we going to do? Follow the Constitution to the letter, or not?
