Neocon. I looked up some facts. You are correct. Full employment , at one time, was considered to be between 5% and 5.5%. Generally, employment below those figures is considered wage inflationary.
Average unemployment under Clinton. 5.7% High 7.3%
Average unemployment under Bush 5.5% High 6.3%
