When a shell is obtained, it is cleaned up and prepared for sale. All outstanding debt is cleared up. All legal issues are resolved before the shell goes on the market. We will put it in writing that our shells are debt and litigation free.
PINK SHEET SHELLS
We always have Pink Sheet shells available. The shells available are as described above; Clean and debt free. We also deliver 100% of the stock for cash sales. Additionally, Pink Sheet shells can be custom built... This means we can deliver it with any capital structure that you need for your business. We do not need to send out "term sheets". Tell us what you want and we will deliver it.
Steps to Obtain a Pink Sheet Shell for Cash:
We require 15% (non-refundable) of the total price of the shell to "hold" the shell. 50% will give you delivery of the stock. Once final payment is received, the shell will be signed over to the new owners. We have two fine attorneys that we work with. Both are in good standing and have no legal issues. We can produce this in writing. Finally, we can deliver Pink Sheet shells for cash as quickly as the client can produce the cash.
Pink Sheet Equity Deals:
We have Pink Sheet shells available for equity as well. We will need to see a business plan, two-year audited financial statements and any other information that would be helpful in making our decision on any equity deal. NOTE: No Projected Financial Statements, graphs, pie charts etc...
OTCBB SHELLS
Same as with Pink Sheet Shells, except delivery will take longer... (pending approval of paperwork). Same rules apply to acquire an OTCBB shell. We can sell shells outright or work an equity deal. Again, no term sheet is necessary. We can deliver an OTCBB shell custom built for your purpose.
