Most disturbing campaign finance fact is that those who outspend their opponents win over 70% of elections. That's not right or even healthy for fabric of government. We desperately need campaign finance reform similar to UK where a spending cap is placed on every election. The incumbents will never vote for it since the current system gives them a huge advantage.
