If its Govt Spending you are after, vote for conservative Senators. The President merely submits the budget, Congress enacts it. You heard Bush say his SUBMITTED budget for discretionary spending is not to exceed a 4% annual increase, now, if they load it up with pork as they usually do dont blame Bush blame the porkers. I think I can PROMISE you that if you get a VERY LIBERAL PRESIDENT like Kerry or Edwards you will REALLY learn what a big budget is all about and you might likely find a recession to boot. jdn
ps: Dont refer back to Clinton, he was FAR MORE CONSERVATIVE then those two candidates.
