Actually market is 5% (half a correction) below its all time high of 8299.

Todays figures confirm most people's guess that the FED will not increase rates.

Why the s**tty market?

One explanation is that US is now a low interest rate country and funds are moving to higher interest rate coutries.

Any other guesses?
