The point I was getting at is this: however the war between leftists and corporations began, leftists have decided to use law as their weapon of choice. Corporations are not headed by idiots, despite what leftists might think. They know the game and are better at it than any leftist. They know how to use law in war. They will win, leaving leftists only one way of retreat and that is to convince the rich American masses that they are in fact poor and oppressed-- that they need laws to give them something for nothing-- that they need socialism or some other draconian governmental system.

Either way, the corporation or government is the common welfare. Individual freedom is lost.
