corporate profit numbers have generally been exceeding expectations, there is no denying there has been an "earnings recovery"

where i agree with you is that so far i don't see the job creation that you would normally expect with the kind of growth numbers we have been seeing...

that could be from a structural change in employment, certainly not your typical recession/recovery hiring cycle...

where i disagree profoundly with you is that it is because of bush's policies...if anything the economic stimulus has muted resulting "bust" after the bubble. it's difficult to quantify how much worse the economy would be without the tax cuts, considering 12 interest rate cuts couldn't manage a turnaround...
