I KNEW a reply was going to contain the word "goose" or "geese" in it!

Well, since Matt's not replying right now on MSN, you guys get to be the first to know.

Hope you like the quotes/charts on the development system. I just signed a contract to carry them on SI and iHub. And a quote type that I haven't implemented on the development site yet, but will soon. Something I really like: News and (presumably delayed) Level II, among other things.

I haven't yet determined how to work this in with portfolios or whether I even can, and I'm not close enough to that bridge to burn it yet.

And besides, the same company that's providing us the quotes and charts is currently developing a portfolio product that we'll be able to carry as a 3rd-party. And I think they like us enough (and the fee we'll pay) to put in the extra work to migrate our portfolios over to their system.

It's sounding like they'll have that product ready about the same time we'll have the new version of the site ready.

Anyway, I'm really excited about carrying quotes/charts since I'm going to be able to do so at a price I can stand, and with very minimal effort on my part. And looking forward to iHub carrying them.

I'm now going to invite everyone who sees this message to go ahead and check out the development site. That'll be covered in the next message.
