What I remember for nearly two years after 9/11 is the right calling everyone and their bro who did not agree with them traitors

The incident I was referring to happened well before that, in Feb. of 2001. Did you expect everybody, on this board to conveniently forget about what you said then.

I am looking forward to the link you are going to provide supporting your claim above.

He did not win the most popular votes

Tell me something, does the winner of the popular votes, or the winner of the electoral votes win the presidency? Does the football team, which has the most yards gained, or the team with the most points on the board win the game. And quit crying over spilled milk. In a democracy the loser are supposed to accept the winner, until they have a chance to win the presidency back.

I was not talking about winning or losing. I was talking about his mandate or the lack there of. Do you know the difference?

Now you want to insist that you don't have to accept GW as president, because GW didn't win according to your rules. And you dems think that will make you a winner, in the next elections? Unbelievable.

I do not accept Bush as my president because of the way he and his cronies handled the FLA elections and their dramatic run to the Sup. Court/daddy. That run flew in the face of his campaign positioning where he had been a strong advocate for states' rights. At the time I felt the American public was being snookered, and after three years of BS, now I know they were. It was just the beginning of what is now known has Bush hypocrisy, mendacity and hubris.

IT STINKS!

yet he and his minions and his supporters act like he won by the largest plurality in the history of the US

Call me an idiot, but here I am agreeing with you again. Yes GW is acting like he won the election by 50 electoral votes, not just one. It takes a good set of balls to do that; so to speak. Too bad you can't say the same for the flipflop artists you dems are trying to win with; maybe you would stand a chance.

It takes someone arrogant to act like he has a clear mandate when he doesn't. I only hope he loses in November!
