Ha ha, that's funny. The only thing remotely close to "restriction on teaching science in schools" I can think of is the mandatory teaching of "creation science" in Kansas. Of course, changing this would have no impact on outsourcing.

Apparently you don't have any idea what can be done about outsourcing. So why not just say so? Personally, I don't know what could be done (or even if anything should be done) about this issue.
