I dunno, maybe GWB ought to re think that idea about sending an extra billion dollars on a one way trip to Mars. Maybe it could be spent on research and financing to rejuvenate ..say.. the inshore fishing grounds of the Eastern sea coast of the USA, or the great lakes. There used to be life there. Lots of it. Those many fish used to support a lot of communities and jobs. The current interest in fishing grounds looks weak. It needs more then a turbot war.
