SVI -- Yes I saw this, great to see them finally get this going. They had mentioned it in the last quarter's CC.

This JV plus forming the R&D sub further explains why they did the financing last September @ $1.25. It believe they are doing the right thing, this needs to get to a higher level of sales before the 'Street will give credence to their story.
