you can pick the story to death if you please...... bottom line is France got their butts kicked and kicked out of Algeria..... France ...lose, lose..... IndoChina same deal...France ...lose, lose.... France still today hangs onto old colonial times mind set and tries to be a player in the World Affairs of Europe........they got caught with their pants down in Iraq and lost millions in defacto Oil deals and potential Oil deals across the Balkans....Chirac too smart for his own good I think....... regards
