Has anyone seen this article in the Northern Miner the poster from Stockhouse refers to?

Some interesting wording in the Northern Miner this week about diamonds and MPV. "Debeers is still waiting for permits nearly eight years after it's Snap Lake deposit was discovered." Great results can " make the obstacles worth while".It goes on to say that Debeers is spending 25M to advance our project to the next stage.
What this says to me is no matter what the "obstacles" and the 25M seals the deal, Debeers is going ahead with this project.(MPV's)
Further on in the article it says, "THE POTENTIAL TO IMPROVE THE RECOURCE, at Gahcho Kue lie to the northeast and the south of the 6 main kimberlites that underlie the Kennady Lake" They then refer to GGL. This whole area will be huge and I'm in for both MPV and GGL.
