dear dave dont have a clue about delay but probably due to problems with debenture holders.to those who are thinking of bailing out dont. i think we are being played by the mm's. a friend told me when the house needs stock they will move the stock down to get you to sell in a panic and when they want to sell they move the price up. interesting concept that when you think about it makes lots of sense. frank3
