According to the local newspaper today the Prosecution has turned down Rush's request for them to drop charges if he would enter another drug rehab center saying they had AT LEAST 10 potential felony charges against him for Doctor Shopping. Frankly, the author in the news article seemed to feel Rush is being treated unfairly. For my viewpoint, I never even knew it was against the law let alone a Felony for Doctor Shopping. jdn
