I heard you loud and clear re France saving their Democracy and avoiding a civil war.......here is the Truth.

France was never in danger of losing their Democracy in France, no more so than in IndoChina or Syria, etc, etc.....

France was not even close to a civil war over Algeria...

Man what do you do just make this stuff up as you go along.....

as far as Americas civil war....yeh.....so what.....
nothing to do with what we are talking about.

you need to broaden your outlook, consider all in a Global context........

think in terms of EU and Eurodollars and where is it going and specifically where is France going if they keep isolating themselves from the economic big picture......
at this point all they have left to barter with is Wine...

even the once Ultra famous French Foreign Legion is running at an all time low....

say you have a common border with the French, maybe they could talk you guys into some whacked out proposition for their good.

Here is something for you to think about......

IMO the hottest emerging GeoPolitical concern for the EU is the emergence of the Eastern European countries as an economic force of magnitude, coupled with some of the sub Asian countries like The "Stans"...you will have your hands full........

regards
